This FRONTLINE documentary is a program full of conspiracy propaganda. What is PRO.PAGAN.DA? We’ll adress that question later.. for now though this 3 hour program is the focus of this particular post. If you know anything about the TTRPG SHADOWRUN, this material will fit a very specific mold. Hackers/deckers, corporations, and security companies.. All the stuff that cyberpunk TTRPG (table top role playing game) is made of. While the stories told in this PBS documentary may be true, in what direction is it being spun? In the U.S. are government secrets not TOP SECRET? Have individuals not needed specific security clearances to access certain files and information? Has it not always been a threat to NATIONAL SECURITY to devulge certain information, especially when that info has been provided based on breeches in computation protocol? What does it mean when a FIRST WORLD nation is scrutinized by civilians that could not possibly know the entirety of a situation or exchange? The U.S. government is a united front of specialized military cults and corporations. A pyramid of organizations and industries designed to keep the U.S. governments number one commodity in league and in line. What is the United States Government’s number one commodity? It’s people. Every government surveils it’s own citizens harder than it’s adversaries. Why? Because of the military strategy concept and computer malfunction known as THE TROJAN HORSE.

To say that the citizens of the U.S. government should be concerned and should scrutinize it’s leadership is a complicated position to take. Enemies of the state might be naturalized or accepted to gain entry to a nation that those same persons want to see destroyed. The U.S. welcomes people from territories it has publicly destroyed, assuming that there will be no ill will or retalitory resentment from those people from nations that were humiliated and otherwise destroyed by the U.S. government in the past..

There are very real issues of paranoia juxtaposed with very real nosiness, and then there is surveillance and investigation. The realityspiritual aspects of being “watched” and then reality of being profiled by corporations, websites, and commercial services. Data mining and browser cookies among other files that cannot really be avoided in the current era of internet technology are used to keep up with an individual in so many ways. For a person with any mental illness, these technical applications can further damage in regards to mental wellness. Being schizophrenic or schizoaffective can absolutely be complicated further due to not understanding the way these technologies work. How do we know if we are over reacting to something explainable or experiencing something else. I take medication daily that helps me to cope with specific symptoms of mental illness.. if I did not take this medication I’d become very paranoid and hallucinate. How then do I know when I’m actually dealing with a relevant issue? Good thing I take my medication.

Are we being conditioned to accept corporate surveillance and to villify government data collection? A great many websites cannot even be accessed these days without accepting updated user agreements and cookie policies. Cookies are tracking processes that allow companies, websites, and data collection corporations to follow and analyse user habits and data for monetary and informational purposes. In many instances the commercial collection of data can be purchased and used by corporations and government entities to collect data and maintain databases of personal information of users that are naive or otherwise totally unaware of the way online tracking works.

There are many people that believe that the tracking cookie is just one of many viral elements that are legally forced upon casual internet users without real consent and witholding access to products and information unless compromising their own user data and search habits. Information security is a very real and extremely profitable business sector. As such the technology used to “track” consumers becomes more and more unethical. At the end of the day all of the techniques utilized in data monitering and collection are simply complex and distinct forms of eavesdropping. All of the techniques used amount to advanced forms of stalking.

According to Lamber Royakkers:

Stalking is a form of mental assault, in which the perpetrator repeatedly, unwantedly, and disruptively breaks into the life-world of the victim, with whom they have no relationship (or no longer have). Moreover, the separated acts that make up the intrusion cannot by themselves cause the mental abuse, but do taken together (cumulative effect).
