Throughout history, there has been an expressive constant that has shown that symbology is absolutely a container for linear information. In the Holy Bible, there is a famous example of symbology in the example of the garden, trees, fruit, and a serpent. The serpent has been a symbol throughout the history of mankind. It is my belief that at one point in history the main entity/God of the Mayans and pre-Colombian Mexicans was indeed a serpent. Quetzalcoatl is very well known as the Aztec feathered serpent. He was a patron god of learningmand knowledge, the wind, and the sun. Here I’ll present a theoretical approach to Quetzalcoatl. The emblem of Mexico is an eagle grasping and attacking a rattlesnake. I’d decided for myself long ago that the truth of that emblem is an entity that is both bird and snake.. two animals in which science has dictated are related, as the bird is to have evolved from feathered reptiles. We’ve seen depictions of FLYING DRAGONS in ancient architecture and artwork from the so-called “New World” to Europe, to Asia, Arabia and Africa. This leads us to our next point in this writing, which is the “pre-historic” existence of a flying reptile (pterosaur) known to Palaeontologists as Quetzalcoatlus.

There are images in fantasy art and comic books that have fully recreated what we know in the modern age to be dragons and dinosaurs. Humans were drawing dragons before the modern archeologists and paleontologists had dig up the bones of these ancient creatures. In 1677, Robert Plot is credited with discovering the first dinosaur bone. Until 1842, no one had heard of the word ‘dinosaur’. This means that before 1842, there was no real explaination for the dragons of folklore, which were always presented as huge reptiles, some of whom could fly and breathe fire. These facts are interesting when considering that it is said that in the ancient RIG VEDA there is mention of a great dragon Vrtra circa 1500 BCE. The earliest known depiction of a dragon was carved in jade, found in Mongolia, belonging to the Hongshan culture, circa 4500-3000 BCE. We know that DRAGONS existed, and are now called DINOSAURS without question or doubt. The first dinosaur recognized by science – the Megalosaurus – was described in 1824 from a partially preserved jaw.

Now, it is a common fact that in the modern age of technology most people know what an Eagle is. It would be safe to assume that most people know what a snake/serpent is as well. What is it called when we combine the two? It is a scientific fact that modern birds evolved from reptiles. The scales of reptiles evolved to become the feathers of birds. Even the word RAPTOR is common in relation to a specific class of dinosaur and a specific class of birds. From the talons to beaks and bones there are strong similarities between the reptile dinosaurs and the avian birds. “Raptors” are predatory birds. Raptors are also known as a feathered theropod classified as dromaeosauridae. The term raptor has been used with dinosaurs to emphisize their bird like behavior and their bird-like appearance. It is believed that some, and possibly all dromaesaurids were covered in feathers. The first known dromaeosaurid with definitive evidence of feathers was Sinornithosaurus, reported from China.

In Mexico and South America, there are cartels, cults, and gangs that still observe some of the notorious ancient sacrificial rites. Some people feel that the violence in Mexico is simply a result of rival organizations and drug running. This is true to an extent, however, in the areas back into antiquity there have been bloodletting rituals practiced atop very specific temples. Blood has run thick throughout Mexico and South America for millennia. Human sacrifice was not just religion, it was culture. Some people believe that the pre-Colombian peoples of the Americas were Satan worshippers of the highest degree. The very same serpent of the garden of Eden was being appeased in the most barbaric of ways. The Catholic Spaniards believed that the Americans were more backward than the Hindoos and Africans in that their ritual savagery was on a massive scale. There are people and even government heads that believe these things still. The same as it is believed that there are criminal tribes (and there are), there are also those societies and peoples born into what Christian nations believe to be heathens behaviors and practices. It is common knowledge among academics that ritual sex and human sacrifice tend to be prevalent among worshippers of serpents. Hence, we have that serpent that is considered to be Satan himself in the garden of Eden. This is allegory and literal at the same time. Consider this. The book of Genesis is about tribal people in a vast garden (jungle) tempted by and doing the deeds of the serpent (Satan). Furthermore, some religions and cults believe that the GIANTS of old are humans mixed with REPTILIAN species. The Annunaki and Nephilim are said to be hybrids of humankind and demonic origin. To many Christian sects, anywhere you find a serpent in architecture, you find the footprint of the devil. Also, where sex is ritual in many instances in certain religious bodies there is the immortal harlot, Jezebel, Isis, and Lilith. To believe that ancient civilizations had no knowledge of science and/or technology is very small-minded. There are stone carvings and paintings that explain that not only were there ancient civilizations that knew that high technology was possible.. but it was probable and may have already existed among the ancients.
